Last year Capital PIA brought you an inspirational speaker in the form of Ron Hoy Fong. Ron truly captivated the imagination of those who attend his meeting with his rather practical (and humourous) approach to property aquirement, renovation and management. It is our aim to bring other noteworthy speakers who will have a similar audience impact on a differing topic. For our April meeting we have asked Robyn Grinter to be our first motivational speaker for the year - Robyn resolutely accepted that invitation to attend.
