Residential Property Investors Seminar - Wellington

This is our first day long seminar for the year and is specifically aimed at those who are new to property investment. The seminar covers all aspects of property investment; from buying, financing, insuring, tax implications, legal requirements of investors to managing your own property and tenants.

This seminar will cover a lot of important property investment ground, touching briefly on all knowledge areas required of investors who want to get ahead in the property market.

  • Currently employ a property manager to manage their residential investment property(s) but want to properly understand all facets of property management or progress to manage the property(s) themselves
  • Currently managing their own portfolio of residential investments but are interested in improving their systems and processes.
