Residential Property Investors Seminar - Wellington
This is our first day long seminar for the year
and is specifically aimed at those who are new
to property investment. The seminar covers all
aspects of property investment; from buying, financing,
insuring, tax implications, legal requirements
of investors to managing your own property and
tenants.
This seminar will cover a lot of important property
investment ground, touching briefly on all knowledge
areas required of investors who want to get ahead
in the property market.

- Currently managing their own portfolio of
