Most residential property investors think about getting into commercial property at some point. Although it is still property investment, the leap from residential to commercial property investment can easily seem to be fraught with danger and risk; the numbers are much bigger and the consequence of failure therefore much more painful. But many who have successfully made the leap from residential to commercial, swear they would never go back.
