There was a bit of property investment in the family blood line, including some pretty interesting experiences helping his grandmother collect the rent (!!!), and David got bitten by the investment bug… the rest is history. David will be sharing his personal journey of property investment, through to taking the plunge and leaving his job, to being a full time investor and small developer today.
