Most kiwis like property, and lots of us think property
is a pretty good investment vehicle. But there are risks
with anything and everything, including property. Many
potential investors are put off by these risks, and
some never take the all-important first steps on the
journey of property investment, for fear of what “might
happen”.
But once you understand the risks, you can usually
work out ways to manage, mitigate or even eliminate
the risks. At our August meeting, you will hear from
a range of industry experts, discussing the main risks
involved with property, and some strategies for managing
these risks. Come along and pick the brains of these
experts, and reap the rewards.
