| Michael Yardney
– Metropole
This year we have secured Michael Yardney, one of Australasia's
leading experts in wealth creation through property
investment, to come and speak at our July Monthly Meeting
on July 15th, 2008. For One night only Michael will
explain the real difference between super successful
property investors and the average investor. Michael
Yardney was keynote speaker at last years NZPIF Conference
held in Christchurch; we couldn’t help but be
impressed with his seminar presentations.
Michael bought his first investment property over 30
years ago when he was in his early 20’s; without
a deposit and not understanding the rules of the game.
He then went on to build a multi million dollar investment
property portfolio in his spare time. In 1979 he established
Metropole Properties which has become one of Melbourne’s
leading independent property consultancies. Over the
years the team at Metropole have bought, sold, advised,
invested in built and project managed hundreds of millions
of dollars worth of property creating wealth for their
clients.
As the capacity of the Ilott Theatre is only 300 seats
and seats are not being reserved, the meeting will be
filled on a first in first seated basis. To avoid disappointment
we do ask you plan ahead and turn up early! We would
also like an early indication if you are planning to
attend this meeting; if so, please respond by emailing
Capital PIA on this link and advise numbers attending.
