Campbell Venning – Merge Property Group

Chaired by Fran Wilde, Merge Property Group raises funds privately, invests them in property investment and development projects. Merge also develops commercial and residential property themselves, specifically in the Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown markets. Local projects include 12 Daly St (probably the first high spec apartment project in Lower Hutt, which capitalizes on dramatic views of the river) and Te Aro Towers (a large project of investment apartments in Wellington City).
Campbell Venning is an Executive Director of Merge Property and focuses on sales/marketing and capital raising. Since purchasing his first property at the age of 22, he has established a nationwide residential property portfolio that has also involved large-scale renovations. In 2005 he extended his portfolio to include international markets. Campbell has also provided extensive advice on property acquisition to other property investors, he was previously the Wellington director of Rich Mastery, and has worked in the finance and recruitment sectors
