| Glenns Story...
I drifted into the property management business after
I was asked to take over the management of some very
difficult low-grade flats. Adversity taught us how to
succeed and flourish in a cold barren land that most
others avoid like the plague. As our management and
investment portfolio has grown over the last 15 years
we have adapted to meet the needs of the market.
Today our large portfolio spans the whole spectrum
of society in Nelson. The skills learnt in local Bad
Street are adapted to handle pushy demanding upmarket
tenants in a manner that makes them want to return.
Higher risk tenants can be managed for a period. Almost
everyone can be made to pay but getting both the bad
and the good people to behave and look after a property
in an appropriate manner is something that is an ongoing
challenge. Failures are normally dispatched for others
to attempt service on.
