This month we will explore several different finance aspects of investing in property through a panel composed of an economist, a mortgage broker and a property trader:

• Philip Borkin from ANZ will give an update on where he believes the market is going and when the slump promised since 2004 is likely to eventuate.
• Brendon Newport, a mortgage broker from Gillies group and member of Capital PIA will speak about some of the new products now available and how you may be able to benefit from them.
• Toby Yorke, a property trader and member of Capital PIA will explain some of his experiences as a trader and include some case studies to show us where and how he has generated cash flow in the current market.
