Dean Leftus is a property trader motivated by a desire to serve God and help the poor in Fiji. After attending a 3 day property academy event October 2004, Dean began to build an income stream that would enable him to rebuild a church in Fiji that was destroyed by fire and to give away more than he could ever earn. Three years later he has a substantial property portfolio and believes that if you can’t make at lease $500k a year trading you are doing something seriously wrong.

Dean will challenge some of the traditional beliefs you may hold. He will answer any questions on trading property and in doing so will demonstrate how to invest in a post cashflow market. Yes, that’s right, positive pre-tax cashflow is past. He will share multiple trading strategies that earn a profit of at least 50k on every deal. Furthermore, he will demonstrate how it is possible to achieve such results in a win-win situation so that both vendor and investor feel they have made a good deal and walk away happy.
