Capital Property Investors Association is chartered under one of the objects in its Constitution to provide Education to its membership on subjects relating to Property Investment and Management. Throught each year the Association works to facilitates this by organising and promoting a number of events.

Meetings
Meetings are held on each of the months between (but not including) January and December. A schedule is available indicating date time and venue information and is updated as topics, speakers and presentation dates are confirmed.
Other property investor related meetings are often made available to the membership of Capital PIA to attend; these meetings will also be scheduled into our calender and socialised to the membership appropriately. To see what we have planned at our next meeting .....click here-->

Seminars
From time to time Capital PIA may organise and run property investor or management seminars, providing an oppertunity for some formal training to interested attendees. Though all seminars will be made available to non Capital PIA members to attend, there will be are reasonable discount for our members. To see planned Seminars in the near future.....click here-->

Itinerate Events
Throughout the year Capital PIA will be holding a number of itinerate events that are a little more social in nature but none the less informative in relation to property investor activities. Likely Events include:

• Game Evenings - Have a go at some cool property investment board games
• Bus Trips - Rather than be stuck in a bus viewing some hard to sells dressed as investments, our bus trips aim to show you around some interesting properties where you will discover some helpful tips on the way.
• Charity Events - A chance to give a little back to those who may not be as lucky as we are, with something in it for the doner too!
• New Members - An introduction event for Investors to Capital Property Investors Association
• Novice "Newbie" Investors Special Interest Group - Oppertunity for new investors to meet and duscuss investment challenges with more experianced investor members in an informal forum.

Conference
Each year a National Property Investment Conference is run by the New Zealand Property Investors Federation (NZPIF) or by one of its affiliated Property Associations. This Conference provides a great oppertunity for New Zealand property investors to gather and listen to respected industry speakers, attend workshops but more importantly, network with a broad representation of like minded investors.
