Business psychotherapist, coach, mentor and author of
the acclaimed "Black Belt of the Mind"
In the business world, wealth is not the only sign of
success. Your good health and a continuing sense of
work satisfaction are other important indicators. Dr
Grosse teaches us how to fine-tune our conscious and
unconscious thought patterns to achieve these positive
results more effectively. Not only will you be trained
in the intricacies of the human mind, you'll be taught
how to programme your own personal biocomputer and how
to train employees and customers to do so as well. more-->
.
Olly Newland
With more than 45 years experience, veteran investor
Olly Newland has been sharing his hard-won insights,
advice and warnings for a long time. This supremely
experienced investor and dealmaker continues to invest
in a mixture of residential and commercial properties
on a long-term basis. You may have read his books or
seen him on TV but this year’s conference is an
opportunity to hear him in person.
Liz Harris
Liz Harris has been investing in property since 1984.
She now has a portfolio of properties in Christchurch
housing nearly five hundred people and other property
investments such as car parks.
A recent purchase has been the former Nurses’
Home in Nelson, which she is turning into a 180 room
boarding house and apartment complex. Liz has so much
to share with conference attendees. Dr Fred Grosse has
agreed to come back and inspire us again. Those who
did not have the opportunity to hear him last year will
enjoy hearing the ideal he promotes. He urges people
to identify what makes their “hearts sing”
and create the wealth needed to allow them the freedom
to fully engage in whatever this is. His goal is to
teach people to create wealth early in their lives,
enabling them to create the lives they want.
Don't forget -t o register for the Conference, go to
www.propertyconference.org.nz
to either register on line or download the registration
form and post it to the NZPIF office.
